Chiidoku Builds and Entities

Chiidoku's entities are simple once stated plainly: every board is populated by Chiikawa tokens bound by four placement rules, and the unlockable character roster is a cosmetic collection, not a stat system. This page is the reference for what the entities are, what they do, and — just as important — what they deliberately do not do.

Quick answer

No builds — one optimal routine

A build implies choices that change your power. Chiidoku offers none: the official rules are identical for every player and every board, one solution is guaranteed, and the only optimizable system is your checking routine. That is good news — mastery is free and nothing gets nerfed.

Quick answer

Entities: tokens, hearts, streaks, coins

Four systems make up everything an entity can be in Chiidoku: the Chiikawa tokens you place, the hearts that limit mistakes, the streaks that record consistency, and the coins that buy cosmetics. Each is documented below with its source.

System table

Every documented entity and system

Checked 2026-10-25. Official facts come from the Roblox listing; the rest carry their source label.

Entity / systemWhat is documentedSource
Chiikawa tokensExactly one per row, per column, and per colour region; two tokens cannot touch, including diagonally.Official
Character rosterUnlockable with coins; cosmetic only — never changes the grid, difficulty, or payouts. Prices and most names unpublished.Official + community wikis
HeartsWrong placements consume hearts; recorded runs show zero-heart sequences, and a Heart + 1 pass (149 Robux) exists per the community wiki.Fan guide + community wiki
Win streaksNamed on the official Standard row. Consecutive clears build a streak; restoration and persistence after a loss are undocumented.Official + community wikis
CoinsEarned through Standard play, daily missions, and endless streaks; spent on character unlocks. The game's only named currency.Official + community wikis
2x Rewards PassA 249 Robux game pass per the community wiki's pass table — payout speed, not solving power.Community wiki
Board-level detail

Observed token behaviour on real boards

Video-dated observations from the independent fan guide — the closest thing to a stat table this game has.

Fan guide

Early boards start small

Levels 2 through 4 are 4x4 boards; level 8 is a 5x5 board. The observations come from recorded gameplay videos dated August 29-31, 2026.

Fan guide

Region colours have names

Observed board regions are labelled Mint (G), Violet (V), Yellow (Y), Pink (P), and Blue (B) in the guide's notation.

Fan guide

Early levels can share solutions

Levels 2, 3, and 4 were recorded sharing one solution pattern across different board layouts.

Fan guide

Controls: mark, then place

Desktop recordings from the pre-rename game show one tap marks a candidate X, a double tap places the token (a Chiikawa character then; a cat now), and white X marks can be cleared back to empty cells.

Fan guide

Wrong placements cost hearts

Recorded runs show a remaining-heart counter consumed by placement errors, including a level 37 sequence completed with zero hearts left.

Collection

What the economy buys

Characters are bought with coins

GamerTweak's pre-rename guide says coins earned through gameplay unlock new characters of your choice. No character price has been published, and the October 2026 listing no longer mentions a character collection.

Characters are cosmetic

Both community wikis state the collection never changes the grid — characters do not alter difficulty, rules, or payouts. They are collectibles, not power upgrades.

Undocumented

What no source names yet

  • • The in-game character roster and unlock prices — no official or wiki table exists.
  • • Any gameplay effect for any character (documented answer: none).
  • • Theme names — the September 1, 2026 update advertised new themes without naming them.
  • • Streak restoration rules after a failed board.

If a video or comment names characters or prices without a source, treat it as a guess. This page fills those rows the day a checkable source publishes them.

FAQ

Builds and entities questions

Are there builds in Chiidoku?

Not in the RPG sense. Chiidoku is a pure logic puzzle — the official listing promises every board has one solution reachable without guessing — so there are no stats, abilities, or loadouts. The closest thing to a build is your scan routine: which checks you run and in what order.

What are the entities in Chiidoku?

The Chiikawa character tokens themselves. One token occupies each row, column, and colour region of every board, and the roster you unlock is cosmetic — community wikis document that characters never change the grid.

Which characters can I unlock?

Names have not been officially published. GamerTweak mentions Dark Cloud, Eraser, and Mono Paint as unlockables it expects code rewards to grant someday, and the game's own store screen shows whatever roster your account sees — that screen beats any third-party list. No character prices are documented as of 2026-10-25.

Do characters affect hearts, coins, or difficulty?

No. Both community wikis state the collection is cosmetic and never changes the grid, difficulty, or payouts. Hearts are consumed by wrong placements regardless of which character you have placed.
